Celebrating WC’s First‑Ever Certification Day

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We are excited to share that WC’s first‑ever Certification Day, held on Thursday, April 30, was a tremendous success. This special event gave students the opportunity to explore new skills, engage in hands-on learning, and earn certifications in a variety of areas, including project management, leadership, make-up/cosmetology, spa services, advanced training in a technique, and emerging technologies.

Throughout the day, students were fully engaged, smiling, collaborating, asking questions, and immersing themselves in each activity. Many shared that it was one of their favourite SHSM learning experiences of the entire year. In fact, several students have already asked if we’ll be hosting another Certification Day in the fall, which speaks volumes about the impact this event had on them.

We want to extend a heartfelt thank‑you to our dedicated staff. Their planning, organization, creativity, and enthusiasm made this day possible. From designing workshops to guiding students through new skills, their commitment ensured that every student felt supported and inspired.

Thank you for your continued partnership and encouragement. We look forward to building on this momentum and creating even more meaningful learning opportunities for our students.

Kind regards,

The WC SHSM Team
